simpledisneythings: I remember seeing Ernie chilling with his guitar near a corner in New Orleans Square. I had to stop for a moment and listen to him play. I was looking forward to going back to Disneyland to hear him play again, but I just found out that Ernie has unfortunately passed away. Ernie was the last cast member that Walt Disney originally hired. You can read more about him here.  This is truly heartbreaking as I am sure many people have fond memories of him. He will be missed.
